Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability, or product engineering and with data analysis using semiconductor yield management system.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and testing.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and communicating with leadership and executives.
- Experience with using scripting languages (e.g. Python).
- Experience with SoC and PMIC productization with a strong understanding of SOC system-level test methodologies, including test flow development, test coverage analysis, and fault diagnosis.
- Knowledge of SOC system-level test methodologies.
