Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in data analysis using semiconductor production data and leading cross-functional teams with technical leadership and executive communication.
- Experience as a Semiconductor Process/Yield and Product Engineer.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Material Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and testing.
- Experience with SoC and Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) productization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
