Minimum qualifications:

- 6 years of experience in a Deal desk, Legal, Contracting, or Sales Operations role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing agreement structures and communicating them to influence internal and external stakeholders up through executive leadership.
- Experience supporting a goal carrying, enterprise selling organization in the cloud, software, consulting or technology space.
- Experience in project management or transactional problem solving.
- Ability to lead and take on multiple time-sensitive projects at one time.
