As a

Your role:

• Supporting Türkiye Health Systems business leadership with market insights and analytics that enable delivery of business targets

• Analysis, collection and dissemination of data insights to assist management and business teams across the company drive improvement in key business KPIs

• Leveraging and contributing to the market insights delivery from Competitor analysis, Customer Experience (NPS), Customer segmentation, and profiling data sources (including CRM) for proposition and experience journey development

• Use various methods and market data to seek potential new clients and create prospecting points to best market Philips Medical Devices

• Working with teams and various departments within Philips Türkiye for alignment on business and sales goals (Sales, Finance, Services, Marketing, etc)

• Develop customized report for key customers with sizeable Equipment Install Base; on the service delivery performance to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

• Conducting and documenting all activity within CRM to track activity and ensure data integrity

1. You are a student of Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration who is available to work min. 3 days/week

2. Possess good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

3. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise multiple stakeholders and keep them accountable

4. Have analytical mindset and good teamwork skills

5.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, and Turkish native
