Partnerwith senior leaders and program/change leaders to design, build and executetechnologyprojects andenhancementswith a focus onadoptionand optimization
Program Management:Oversee, witha high levelof autonomy,the TA technology portfolio,collaboratingclosely with end users (talent advisors, hiring managers) andkey partner teams(engineering, vendors)
Operational Effectiveness:Analyze TA data toidentifytrends,measure performance and drive operational rigor
Change Enablement:Provide training and support to end users on the use of technology tools and systems
Continuous Process Improvement:Refine globalprocesses to enable the company torecruitat scaleand speed
Tech Stack Evaluation:IdentifyTA needs and continue to look for improvement possibilities through existing enhancements and new tools
Vendor Management:Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring they meet service level agreements and deliver quality solutions
Minimum Qualifications
Equivalent toBachelor’sdegree and 5 or more years relevant experience in program and change management
Strong data analysis and root cause analysis skills (e.g., advanced Microsoft Excel, Tableau,Powerpoint, process improvement skills); effective use of project management methodologies,processesand software/tools (e.g.,Smartsheets
Demonstrated capabilityworking with TA technology implementations and ongoing enhancements
Effective communication and collaboration skills across a variety of global partner teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday Recruiting and Eightfold.ai
TA technology and analytics experience strongly preferred
