QUALIFICATION :- Qualification: B.E / M.E / M. Tech in Electric/Electronics/Computers/Aerospace Engineering
EXPERIENCE :- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.
Job Description
- This role involves technical leadership in the Anthem Aircraft State System for the functionality and features testing
- The role is required to demonstrate thought leadership in software development and Lean/Agile program execution.
- This role is required to demonstrate technical leadership in new solution design with System Engineering expertise
- Provide System Integration and investigation support for Flight Test issues.
- Mentor the junior members in the team and be seen as a problem solver.
- Collaborates/ actively with X-CoE Systems/Product stakeholders for new technologies/ideas incubation/information.
- Performs competitive intelligence and IP analysis. Motivates functional team in IP creation for the Product in the field of expertise.
Skills Requirements:
- B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M. Tech in Electric/Electronics/Computers/Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience working development of engineering web applications supporting mission critical functions/programs.
- Must have Strong System Engineering expertise and Aero Domain/Product knowledge
- Strong knowledge in System design and architecture, integration and test.
- Must have experience in Simulink, MATLAB, MLBT, SCADE, C++ programming, development of Avionics embedded software and Cert aspects
- Familiarity with JIRA and Bitbucket; CI/CD using Bamboo/Octopus.
- Experience in SW development and qualification with DO-178C
- Good to have Knowledge on EPIC Aircraft systems
- Must have excellent communication, collaboration and networking skills
- Possess good understanding of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers (internal and external).
- Able to identify and manage risks and opportunities with demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects
