This role will be leading and implementing key transformation initiatives within the Finance functions and specifically within the Finance, Planning, and Analysis (FP&A) domain. You will leverage your expertise in financial analysis and your passion for innovation to enhance our financial processes, systems, and tools.

• Drive finance transformation projects, specifically in FP&A, focusing on process standardization, improvement, and automation
• Integrate AI and other advanced technologies into financial processes to drive optimization and reduce cycle-time / manual work
• Collaborate with the Finance Transformation Office and cross-functional teams to identify and implement best-in-class financial processes
• Automate analytics and provide actionable insights to senior management
• Support visualization of reporting within Power BI

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation or related roles
• Strong understanding of financial systems tools and processes
• Experience with Gen AI and other advanced technologies in a financial context
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced dynamic environment.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
