As a Lead Building Automation Field Service Technician hereat Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient andeffective operation of building automation systems. You will be responsible forinstalling, maintaining, and troubleshooting these systems to optimize buildingperformance and occupant comfort. Your technical expertise and attention todetail will contribute to the success of our customers' facilities. You willreport directly to our Technical Operations Manager, and you'll work out of ourRichmond, VA location, serving customers throughout central VA.

Inthis role, you will have a direct impact on the energy efficiency,sustainability, and overall functionality of our customers' buildings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation systems
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal systemperformance
• Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify and implement systemimprovements
• Provide training and support to building operators and end-users
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendationsfor improvement

YOUMUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation or related field
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation systems
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (e.g., BACnet, LonWorks)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationshipsWE VALUE
