3-4 years experience supporting executives in administrative roles.
Proven ability to manage high volumes of tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Google Suite Expertise: The candidate should also demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Google Suite applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. Experience in using these tools for team collaboration, document sharing and management is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Keen problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
