We are seeking an experienced System Administrator Level 3 with 15 years of extensive experience in managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of system administration, cloud services, network management, cybersecurity, and enterprise-grade applications. This role requires a strong problem solver with the ability to lead, mentor, and support junior administrators while maintaining system integrity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain servers, network devices, and enterprise-level IT systems.
- Implement and monitor security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and endpoint protection.
- Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Oversee cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid infrastructures.
- Perform software installations, updates, and system patches.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Lead technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and guide junior system administrators.
