Description
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL- Solve systemic technical problems by investigating partner concerns, identifying root causes, and implementing robust, long-term solutions.- Lead and handle API integration projects, providing technical guidance to ensure seamless implementation and reliable performance.- Construct and execute technical test plans that account for edge cases, validate functionality, and ensure system reliability.- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose actionable solutions to improve system performance.- Break down complex concepts into clear and concise explanations for non-technical partners.- Provide data-driven insights and analysis to address systemic issues and improve operational efficiency.- Handle complicated priorities effectively, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues in a fast-paced environment.- Adapt to constantly evolving environments and requirements, working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Operations or Solutions role.
- Validated experience with API integration and troubleshooting, including handling complex integration projects.
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience writing and troubleshooting queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving systemic issues.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of advertising technology and performance marketing metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR).
- Experience providing data-driven analysis on systemic issues.
- Familiarity with concepts, definitions, and metrics used in the context of performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience working closely with clients, product, and engineering teams.
- Ability to break down sophisticated technical concepts into clear, non-technical explanations.
- Consistent track record in handling complicated priorities and delivering high-quality results in constantly evolving environments.
