You will lead and developing this team, while remaining very hands on with our biggest customers.
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive management experience leading highly successful teams ideally in digital account management.
Significant work experience and a high level of credibility in online, digital or performance marketing, ideally working in the mobile advertising market.
Collaborate in selling to customers at C-Suite while also being able to understand and optimize data at account level.
Work with cross functional teams to drive a culture of collaboration and shared success.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience and evidence of building excellent team cultures; mentor, developing and retaining talents; guide teams through transitions and changes effectively.
Deep understanding of the mobile market in Greater China especially mainland China (both domestic and export), and keen passion to learn for the ever-changing digital space.
Deep knowledge of gaming industry with strong experiences of managing clients and sales teams.
Ability to prioritize the team, keep them focused on the critical business priorities while able to step back and see the bigger picture.
Excellent communications skills, listen effectively, socialize ideas across different functions and articulate the business visions both internally and externally.
Possess a growth mindset, highly collaborative and resilient. Track record of success and outstanding achievement.
Mandarin and English proficiency required.
Bachelors degree educated. Master degree is a plus.
