We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to be part of our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining data analytics and reporting solutions. You will be working with large datasets, extracting trends, patterns and insights by performing data analysis and mining. You will develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards ensuring accuracy and completeness with respect to customer's reporting requirements. You will be responsible for establishing data governance and efficiencies by ensuring high quality standards and performance optimizations.This role requires excellent communication and organization skills including ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from various domains like Business, Accounting, Finance and Engineering. You should be able to communicate complex technical concepts and data insights effectively to non-technical audiences. You will be analytical and data driven in decision making with a demonstrated ability to drive issues to completion.Key job responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL processes to extract data from various sources.
• Transform and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Load the processed data into data warehouses for analytical purposes.
• Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of BI systems and data warehouses.
• Identify opportunities and key criteria to drive analytical reporting and business strategy.
• Partner with Data Engineering to enhance data infrastructure, data availability, and broad access to customer insights.
• Learn new technology and techniques to meaningfully support product and process innovation

- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)

- Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
