Your Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Presales Support – Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, helping customers understand the value and capabilities of BMC’s solutions.
- Customer Engagement – Participate in sales calls, handle technical inquiries, and articulate how BMC’s solutions compare to the competition.
- Needs Assessment & Solution Alignment – Gather business and technical requirements, assess feasibility, and collaborate with sales teams to define effective solution strategies.
- Custom Demonstrations – Design, build, and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs. Assist colleagues in developing impactful demos.
- Proposal & RFP Responses – Research, craft, and deliver RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Software Implementation & Support – Install production and beta versions of BMC solutions at customer sites and provide hands-on technical support.
- Industry Events & Thought Leadership – Represent BMC at seminars, tradeshows, and technical presentations, including managing equipment setup and demos.
- Technical Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate status reports, time usage reports, and expense reports as required.
