Your Career
In the Strategic Account Sales Department I, we are responsible for new business development and account management for Japan's top 50 companies in the manufacturing, automotive, electronics, and trading industries.
- Sales engineers work in one-on-one pairs, collaborating with both internal and external partners to generate opportunities and develop the market.
- We boast an extremely high market share in the aforementioned sectors. To support our clients' DX (Digital Transformation) initiatives from a security perspective, we prioritize communication with executives and key decision-makers, engaging in sales activities to become their security consultants.
- You will develop security proposals for clients and create and execute action plans to realize these proposals as business opportunities.
- By working in coordination with product sales, marketing teams, and other internal departments, you will increase awareness and generate opportunities within your assigned market.
Requirements (MUST)
- Over 10 years of high-touch sales experience in the IT industry
- Sales experience with deep knowledge of the manufacturing, electronics, or automotive industries
- Experience in enterprise sales
- Engagement with CxO level executives
Preferred (WANT)
- Experience in the security industry

- Excellent communication and self-management skills
- Proficiency in English at a reading and writing level
