Software development engineer positions require a depth and breadth of knowledge in design and development, experience with agile methodologies, proficiency in a high-level language, experience with low level development, and experience building highly scalable systems involving distributed services. You will own the design of major deliverable and have opportunities to build them from scratch. - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3 years experience with modern C++ or Rust in systems or embedded contexts

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience developing hardware-accelerated, realtime data processing software (SIMD, GPU, FPGA) in areas such as packet inspection, transcoding, software-defined radio, or reliable data delivery.
- Experience with satellite communications and/or ground station operations
- Digital signal processing (DSP) experience in RF or other analog domains
