Job Summary

Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) is part of our Global Compliance organization and responsible for developing and implementing the requirements and standards for the firm's Enterprise-Wide Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Programs. GFCC is comprised of the core functions (KYC, Sanctions, Investigations and Transaction Monitoring), business-aligned teams and regional teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete daily review assignments while meeting the organization’s production and quality standards as well as adhering to department SLA standards
  • Assist with the development of high-level proactive projects with clear methodologies and objectives to identify and aid with the improvement of processes and quality
  • Supports the business with feedback, procedure and process enhancements, efficiency opportunities where applicable, assists in development and facilitation of AML training while delivering solutions that address stakeholder and department needs
  • Coaches, mentors, and develops staff with feedback provided to achieve quality and procedure goals while establishing collaborative working relationships with team members globally
  • Ability to communicate methodologies and findings into a clear and concise manner, including summaries of findings and investigative presentations appropriate for the intended audience which can include senior management within Compliance and the business

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum of 3-years of AML investigations or related experience.
  • In-depth understanding of BSA, AML, OFAC and other AML regulatory policies
  • Individually balance multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline driven, regulatory environment
  • Self-starter, creative, capable of working under minimum supervision
  • Exceptional research, analytical skills, and ability to prepare presentation materials
  • Naturally curious, willingness to explore innovative ways to review and analyze data to present useful information
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills having the ability to present to senior leadership within the organization
  • Experienced knowledge in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
