Define and execute the product strategy for Intuit's internal data platform, focusing on discovery, cataloging, and exploration tools.
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data experts to build and launch features that simplify data access and improve data literacy across the company.
Conduct user research and gather feedback from internal stakeholders to identify pain points and new opportunities.
Prioritize the product roadmap based on strategic business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the platform.
Qualifications
7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise or internal-facing tools.
3+ years of experience specifically working on data platforms, data catalogs, business intelligence tools, or related data-heavy products.
Deep understanding of the data lifecycle, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
