We seek a dynamic and experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our product strategy and Go-to-Market (GTM) for HelixGPT, our generative AI solution for Enterprise Service Management (ESM).
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Holistic Product Experience: Develop an overall product experience strategy for HelixGPT to deliver a seamless and impactful customer journey that resonates with the CxO.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Champion the unification of product, R&D, UX, and GTM teams to forge unparalleled synergy and relentless execution.
  • Drive GTM Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy for HelixGPT, positioning it as the leading solution in the ESM and ServiceOps space.
  • Develop and champion vertical-specific solutions and best practices for different GenAI use cases, organizational functions (IT, LoB), and industries (Telco, FiServ).
  • Strategic Partnerships: Grow partnerships in both product and GTM with top AI/ML players such as Microsoft/OpenAI, Google, Databricks, and Snowflake to enhance HelixGPT’s capabilities and market reach.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation by creating a design partner program, leveraging customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to enhance HelixGPT’s product offerings.
  • Figurehead and Public Speaker: Serve as a figurehead and public speaker in EMEA and APAC, representing HelixGPT and ServiceOps at conferences, industry events, and with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of success in driving the development and launch of innovative products.
  • Experience with AI technologies and Service Management or related domains (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, DevOps, etc).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
