You will be responsible for the development process and tools used for designing, developing, and implementing software/hardware solutions that enhance the efficiency and productivity of our customers' operations. Your expertise and innovative mindset will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and shaping the future of the company.

You will report directly to the HPS Engineering Operations (EOPS) Leader, and you'll work out of our Mexico City location (Sante Fe) on a hybrid work schedule

Provide timely support related to SAP Product Data Management (PDM) user account administration and Design Responsible Project (DRP) and Design Authority (DA) workflow changes.

Continuously improve Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process guidelines in the HPS Engineering process and deliver training and support.

Implement process improvements in all areas including but not limited to Project Management, Quality, Requirements, Architecture, Design, Implementation, Test and Deployment disciplines.

3 years of proven experience working in a diversified, global product development environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Strong technical writing skills using Microsoft office tools such as (Word and Power point).

Expert in using Excel formulas to analyze and manipulate data.

Strong understanding of Agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

Full mastery of Microsoft Office 365 toolset, and adept at learning and utilizing new tools and techniques.

Flexible and open, ability to adapt to changing systems, processes, and projects.

Problem Solving: Evaluates effective solutions based on root causes; seeks diverse opinions; applies six sigma procedures.

Action Oriented: Works hard, full of energy; seizes opportunities when they arise.
