You will:

Relying on extensive knowledge and advanced leadership skills, the Program Manager has the following responsibilities:

• Set standards for project management, methodologies, success measurement, and tools for delivering consulting projects in hybrid model (onshore/offshore) and drive the adoption of tools and best practices for efficient, rapid, and predictable program execution using contemporary tools and practices such as PMI, Agile, SCRUM, SAFE. Monitor compliance with policies and standards for optimal delivery
• Ensure resource plans, budgets, and schedules for development programs are accurate and realistic. Execute change management, vendor management and resource allocation program across the consulting unit
• Develop and Implement standards for training of project managers and manage and improve project management systems and reporting to measure and report on project status including: progress, business benefit, expense, overall status and success factors against plan
• Manage the risk, issue, and change resolution process and work with other groups/geos/project teams to take corrective action as necessary
• Oversee project team members for the delivery of projects/programs on time, within scope and on budget and Resource Development. Partnering with the Partner Ecosystem, drive talent development practices across the Consulting team, focusing on attracting and retaining the best talent and resource pipeline in the industry

Essential Requirements:

• 12+ years’ work experience in Transformation/program management and managing large/mid-sized information technology projects through Agile and/or Waterfall. Thorough Agile delivery experience as practitioner/coach. Exposure to New Areas viz Gen AI, Telco/Edge, Cybersecurity and project management certifications (PMI, Agile, SCRUM, SAFE)
• Exceptional project management skills within matrix environment and a solid foundation in business process management, tool-based project management and optimization – excellent understanding of the core competencies: scope, estimate, time, budget, risk, quality, integration, resource management, and communications. Able to manage cross geo, multifunctional teams to deliver desired outcomes and managing key customer stakeholders to ensure project and delivery alignment. Strong industry knowledge of project management principles, but with a demonstrated ability to adapt approaches
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues. Demonstrated skill running effective meetings and getting buy-in and participation from executive leaders. Effectiveness working diplomatically across teams with varying objectives and strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to make data driven decisions and contribute to corporate efficiency objectives
• Experience writing RFPs for large projects and in PM Tools such as JIRA, MS project, Rally. Senior level documentation and reporting skills. Ability to organize and present project portfolio reports, proposals, and other related portfolio information
• Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service. Facilitate governance, project reviews, steering, and other project related meetings. Experience supporting a Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/Agile methods and has Microsoft Office Expertise (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project), MS SharePoint

Desirable Requirements:

• Good understanding of latest technology trends and ecosystems such as Cloud Native, Big Data, DevOps etc. Experience delivering technology solutions on full stack app development using microservices on Cloud/PaaS platforms
• Able to articulate technology aspects to Senior management and community influence in the PM domain.
