Job responsibilities
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities through governance of processes and use of tools to support change strategy
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communication across the organization
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance and lack of adherence to process
- Consult and coach implementation teams and senior leaders/managers
- Support firmwide process design and definition of roles and responsibilities for change practices
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Support change management at the organizational level
- Evaluate impacts and collisions for all new and rescheduled Major Events globally, providing scheduling approval, and communicating the MEPC (Major Event Planning Calendar) (including scheduling changes) to the organization globally
- Identify trends and assist in the management of incidents, problems, and changes in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in change management
- Knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment on premises or public cloud
- Familiarity with processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
- Understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Awareness of change management processes such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the impact of changes.
- Ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of a change are considered and properly documented.
- Thoroughness in following change management procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage change documentation and track progress.
- Ability to maintain detailed records and create reports.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of one or more general purpose programming languages or automation scripting
- Basic project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using IT tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and change management tools
- Proficiency in running reports from change management tool (ServiceNow) and capable of transforming the data and providing visualization to management team. Familiar with Alteryx / Tableau or familiar other similar tools.
