Your key responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, task assignments, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Conduct regular project status updates and communicate key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
- Implement robust change management processes, managing project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Facilitate project closure, including final deliverable acceptance and transition to operational teams.
- Continuously evaluate project performance, document lessons learned, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Leverage an understanding of the technology landscape along with knowledge of organizational functions (HR, Finance and Accounting, Procurement, etc) to provide functional leadership through all phases of an engagement or project.
- Understand client requirements at a macro level and translate those requirements by defining the business capabilities to support the business functions.
- Align those business capabilities to business processes and identify technology solutions to support them.
- Interact with business stakeholders and evaluate business models, processes, and operations to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions, configure solutions, and set up systems.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (5 years) as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience as a Business Architect in delivering business architecture as part of enterprise architecture projects.
• Experience as Business Process Analyst in delivering process analysis, design and process re-engineering as part of business process management projects.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or TOGAF (Business Architecture) are desirable.
