We are looking for a talented Director of Network Supply Chain to help build sustainable advantages through the supply chain. Cloud Sourcing, Spares, Sustainability & Security (CS4) organization within CSCP manages sourcing and supply of IT hardware for the data centers. Well-defined and executed sourcing and supply chain management ensures reliable on-time performance, optimized cost, prevents urgent and unplanned investments, and provides accurate and timely information across the supply base and internally across the infrastructure organization. Required Qualifications

• , Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 8+years experiencein procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
  • ORMaster's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 6+years experiencein procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
  • OR equivalent experience
• Experience in leading cross functional teams.
• Knowledge of Datacenter and/or Cloud infrastructure.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good communication and synthesizing skills of both written and verbal.
• Influencing skills and ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization.
• Extensive knowledge of 3PL management and supply chain.
• Demonstrated track record in supplier negotiation and management.

• Manage and lead team responsible for 3PL relationship, performance and strategy.
• Define and implement our overall supply management strategy to ensure available supply, mitigate E&O risk and assure clear visibility into material availability.
• Coordinate internally with engineering, Sourcing and Supply Planning to ensure T&Cs, processes and tooling in line with MSFT requirements.
• Negotiate favorable terms for MSFT, supporting CSCP goals.
• Define and implement our overall supply management strategy to increase available supply, mitigate E&O risk and assure clear visibility into material availability .
• Manage supplier performance and compliance through developing and enabling new suppliers, and analyzing financial health of supplier ecosystem to support partnership recommendations.
• Define and manage metrics to assure team is meeting deliverables and meeting service level requirements for meeting demand requirements.
