As a CRM Solution Architect, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You’ll solve problems using your CRM knowledge as you liaise between EY clients, your project team, and the wider internal CRM community. Your key responsibilities

• You're eager to tackle challenging structures and support our clients in defining integrated solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
• When building company-wide CRM platforms you advise our clients on the technical implementation
• As a lead IT consultant, you collaborate with your project team and the software architect to develop future-proof solution concepts.
• As part of our CRM project approach, you're responsible for the structured gathering of customer requirements
• Strong understanding of common data service, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and API management.
• With your end to end Cloud computing subject matter expertise you will lead and guide on determining the right architectures for large scale cloud transformation projects including supporting the response to client proposals and bids. Understanding the governance and decision processes, as well as customer's business and technology priorities to ensure proper usage patterns.
• You take overall responsibility for the technical implementation and act as the interface between the client and the development team (Onshore/Nearshore/Offshore)
• Utilize EY "State of the Art" internal assets, tools, and best practices in Application Lifecycle Management for D365 CE. These range from data management tools, data model validation tools to predefined DevOps YAML pipelines, serving as a starting point for each project and adaptable to the specific client needs within the project.
• As a technical and/or functional expert, you support our sales team in relevant acquisition phases.
• Experience in in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents is a plus.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree ideally in technology (Business with MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems)
• 12+ years of work experience in technical leadership roles at a consulting/professional services company, cloud provider or customer environment in Enterprise.
• Delivered exceptional client value through assessing current application landscape, recommending and delivering future state cloud architectures.
• Provide a new perspective to tough technical challenges and crafting solutions. Capturing best practices and sharing with clients/team. Key is the ability for the end-end perspective.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Cloud Computing and at least one other area that’s a technology passion such as AI, Security, IoT, infrastructure modernization, data management, application development, data and analytics, security and compliance, networking, hybrid migration and program management.
• Hands on experience of Microsoft Azure, D365, M365 and awareness of the following platforms Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Services, VMWare, large Open Source environments.
• Cloud Certifications Microsoft Azure, D365, M365 Solutions Architect.
• Solid practical experience of AI implementations in companies and organizations
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills (CIO/CTO/Head of Enterprise Architecture).
• Confidence to lead meetings with client sponsors, management, and individual contributors.
• Availability to relocate and travel in the Middle East & North Africa.
• Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE
• Architecting large complex solutions using the Microsoft stack
• Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Common Data Service
• Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), Web API and SSIS
