Must-have requirements/skills

• At least 15 years of work experience in a customer experience role (e.g., Program Manager, Architect).
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Business transformation through Application delivery.
• Several years of experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes Managerial Experience
• Proven knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset.
• Acts as a senior advisor to the customer with a very broad application, LoB or industry understanding.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Suite, which includes various modules like SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, and SAP ISBN, SOlMan, Cloud ALM
• Experience delivering Business Technology Platform components and services such as application development and automation, data and analytics, Integration, and AI capabilities.
• SAP Integration Advisory Methodology, SAP Extensibility Advisory Methodology, SAP Clean Core principles as well as the usage of SAP LeanIX & Signavio as tools to document Enterprise Architectures & Business Processes.
• Acts based on their Architect role in service delivery, as Business Architect, Application (Solution) Architect, Data Architect, Technical Architect or Enterprise Architect. > Advises and mentors diverse teams, which include customer, partner and SAP resources.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills (in the English language) at the senior manager level both inside an IT team and across business functions.

Nice-to have requirements/skills:

• Ideally, proven knowledge of On-Premises solutions and its corresponding cloud solutions.
• Professional Training & Certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework featured by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect [P_SAPEA_2023], TOGAF) as a plus.
