As a Cellular Technology Manager, you will drive feature roadmap & solution architecture of the next generation of cellular and telephony features, with advancements that seamlessly connect users to the devices they rely on. You’ll collaborate across departments to create wireless solutions that elevate the customer experience with Apple products, ensuring our technologies integrate effortlessly into the lives of users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in feature roadmapping, solution architecture and end to end project execution of wireless software features
- Solid understanding of 5G systems, 3GPP modem features, IMS
- Experience with networking protocols and core network architecture
- Prior experience in handling external communication with eco system partners like cellular carriers or infrastructure vendors
- Strong proven background and experience in real-time operating systems
- Prior experience in Cellular/ eSIM/ Telephony/ WiFi technology
- Passionate, curious, and always seeking innovative ways to solve real-world problems.
- Experience building reliable and robust software systems
- Upbeat, adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excel in collaborative environments with excellent interpersonal skills for working across cross-functional teams
- Prior experience with GSMA or 3GPP standards
