Responsibilities

  • Evaluating the financial impact of partnership opportunities (primarily bundles)

  • Financial projections and scenario modeling

  • Risk identification and mitigation strategies

  • Advising the Business Development team during the negotiations

  • Analyzing the performance of partnerships to extract actionable insights (e.g. best practices, areas of improvement)

  • Conducting global analyses regarding bundle performance

  • Creating insightful presentations that facilitate decision-making for internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Partnering with the Product team to help identify/prioritize and assess the impact of initiatives (e.g. improving Netflix plan upgrades for bundles)

  • Providing inputs to other teams working on partnerships initiatives (e.g. Data Science & Engineering, Consumer Insights, Marketing)

  • Developing industry expertise for the US and Canada

Qualifications

Candidates are required to be highly analytical and effective communicators. Prior experience in management consulting or an equivalent analytical role is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of performing comprehensive analyses independently and proactively. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, focus on generating results and exhibit the highest standards of integrity and ethics.

  • 3-5 years of experience, ideally in management consulting or similar field

  • Extensive experience conducting quantitative analysis that leads to actionable insights

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, but also able to work independently

  • Adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholders

  • Skilled in preparing effective presentations with clear narrative

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong Excel skills (mandatory)

  • Proficiency with Tableau and SQL a strong plus

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $240,000.
