What you'll do

Key responsibilities include:

• Content Development: Helping managers or the team members structure the content of their presentations. This includes identifying key messages, organizing information logically, and ensuring the content is appropriate for the target audience.
• Visual Design: Designing slides or visual elements to enhance the presentation. This involves using design principles such as colour schemes, typography, and layout to make the slides engaging without overwhelming the content.
• Storytelling: Crafting a narrative or storyline that connects the content in a compelling way, making the presentation flow smoothly and capturing the audience’s attention.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in presentation software (such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) and advanced features (e.g., animations, transitions, multimedia elements) to make the presentation visually impactful.
• Audience Engagement: Capturing and maintaining the audience’s attention throughout the presentation. This could include using storytelling techniques, humour, or interactive elements to make the presentation more engaging.
• Public Speaking Skills: Demonstrating confidence and clarity in speaking. A presenter must have strong verbal communication.
