THE ROLE
Assistant to two of our senior managers in the Support Experience Process and Innovation Office, this includes supporting:
- Internal meetings, such as SEPIO All Hands meetings, management team meetings, or team meetings
- Communications, e.g. owning the team’s SharePoint, wiki sites, supporting newsletters
- Calendar and email inbox management
- Office material management
Additionally, operational and/or projects tasks can be carried out.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business informatics / business / informatics
- Computer skills: MS Office, esp. Outlook, mandatory.Microsoft SharePoint, SAP Applications are a plus (nice to have)
- Language skills: Fluent in both, German and English is a must
- Soft skills: structured, reliable, creative team player, good communication skills – think out of the box and challenge us :)
- Others: Nice to have: Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (Customer Support for business software), basic understanding of the business software industry, basic understanding of website design, student beginners preferred
