Key Responsibilities:
Paralegal
- Provide general legal support relating to a wide variety of legal matters including contracts, litigation, biiling, filing and administrative support.
- Assist adidas employees with basic legal matters and direct them to the appropriate adidas legal resource and/or person when necessary.
- Manage responses to subpoenas, small claims court matters, and escalated consumer issues
- Assist with administration and enforcement of various policies
- Assist in developing reports and presentations and drafting basic legal documents
- Format, type and edit a variety of material, including correspondence, memos, minutes, reports and confidential material
- Work with Finance on monthly legal invoice accruals
Executive Assistant
- Coordinate and execute all travel arrangements for team members including flight and hotel booking, visa securing, car reservations and airport pick-up arrangements and immediately providing solutions to problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures
- Manage expenses and approvals, including travel expense reports
- Manage leaders’ agendas on a daily basis and proactively by looking ahead and reviewing the upcoming 3-4 weeks
- Act as a gatekeeper for time by ensuring space between meetings, scheduling blocks for breaks, and adjusting conflicting meetings
- Organize meetings with leaders’ first lines, key business partners and stakeholders across regions and markets
- Ensure leaders are aware of any abrupt changes, upcoming deadlines, and when actions or decisions are needed from them

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to provide strong customer service, demonstrate understanding of client’s needs and willingness to meet those needs
- Ability to work in a fast paced department; ability to manage tight timelines
- Skilled in eDiscovery, legal billing, and eSignature systems, and MS Office 365
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, internal social comms channels)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Self motivated; ability to work independently and with initiative
- Strong skills in research and investigation
- Strong organizational and command skills that keep projects and day to day operations running at an efficient level

- Excellent SAP/Concur knowledge preferred
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced MS Office 365 skills, including Sharepoint
- Advanced eDiscovery software skills (Zapproved strongly preferred)
- Advanced legal billing software skills (Legal Tracker strongly preferred)
- Advanced eSignature software skills (DocuSign strongly preferred)
- Advanced IP management software skills (Anaqua strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Paralegal Certificate a plus, but not required
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior leaders
- Experienced in executive assistant level role and fully qualified/trained
- Combined theoretical and practical knowledge including company policies and practices
*Employees are eligible to earn an annual bonus based on both company and personal performance.
