Key responsibilities

Provide guidance and clarifications of UOP engineering packages (Schedule A, FEED, Detailed Design) to ensure full understanding by OSBL Engineer for their design/development.

Provide guidance and clarifications of UOP engineering packages (Schedule A, FEED, Detailed Design) to ensure full understanding by EPC/OSBL Contractor for estimating construction costs and developing installation work packages.

Attend meetings with EPC/OSBL Engineer on regular basis / as scheduled - provide notes to Engineering Director / Program Director if unable to attend

Maintain effective communication between UOP, EPC, and OSBL by maintaining RAIL to drive timely completion.

Key skills and qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering

20 years’ project & engineering management experience in gas processing, refining and petrochemical industries

Strong experience in modular engineering and construction of oil & gas plant facilities

EPC experience and/or experience in an EPC environment

Strong oral and written communications skills in English

Ability to manage budget, scope, manage change and conflict, and coordinate project deliverables under tight deadlines with required quality

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision

Demonstration of a high level of personal integrity on a daily basis
