Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will support the Regional Director, Greater China, as a trusted business advisor and collaborates with GC Sales organization (Hong Kong, Taiwan and China) to ensure excellence in the day-to-day sales practices including:
- Drive operational excellence in the Sales organization through process improvements
- Support sales teams with planning and operational deliverables e.g. forecasting, annual planning, monthly/quarterly business reviews, key accounts reviews
- Adoption of sales tools and business management best practices
- Accurate forecasting and Funnel Metrics Management (e.g. Funnel Hygiene, Overdue deals, floating accounts)
- Analysis of leading indicators/Lacking Indicators of sales funnel health and forecast accuracy
- Identify and solve operational issues and optimize process
- Cross Functional Collaboration with Business Units Leaders (e.g. Area Sales Managers, Channels, Marketing, OM, Finance)
