Key Responsibilities

This role will support the Regional Director, Greater China, as a trusted business advisor and collaborates with GC Sales organization (Hong Kong, Taiwan and China) to ensure excellence in the day-to-day sales practices including:

  • Drive operational excellence in the Sales organization through process improvements
  • Support sales teams with planning and operational deliverables e.g. forecasting, annual planning, monthly/quarterly business reviews, key accounts reviews
  • Adoption of sales tools and business management best practices
  • Accurate forecasting and Funnel Metrics Management (e.g. Funnel Hygiene, Overdue deals, floating accounts)
  • Analysis of leading indicators/Lacking Indicators of sales funnel health and forecast accuracy
  • Identify and solve operational issues and optimize process
  • Cross Functional Collaboration with Business Units Leaders (e.g. Area Sales Managers, Channels, Marketing, OM, Finance)

Desired Background

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Sales tools such as Salesforce, Anaplan and Clari
  • Experience working with global sales organizations and regional senior sales stakeholders
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Result-oriented and self starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
