YOUR PROFILE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Delivering creative and remarkable customer presentations
Showcasing SAP solutions addressing customers' specific business requirements
Assessing customer priorities and transformation strategies to shape the optimal solution
Responding to RfX inquiries within set deadlines in cooperation with our global RfX center & other experts
Involving partners into opportunities and backing them to sell effectively
Generating digital content for business development campaigns and delivering webinars
Creating scalable digital content and best practices for consistent and efficient advisory services
EXPERIENCE AND LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Strong foundation of business processes and capabilities of Customer Experience Solutions.
In-depth experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud
Strong presentation and communication skills
Additional knowledge of additional SAP CX Solutions such as Customer Data Platform, Emarsys, Customer Data Cloud or Commerce Cloud is a plus
2+ years in customer-facing roles such as consulting, sales/presales or in product expert roles such as product/solution management/product marketing
Fluency in German and English is a must for advising our clients.
Solid grounding in SAP’s solution portfolio, partners, markets, and competition
Bachelor’s or higher degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field, though degrees of equivalent experience are welcomed.
