Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management:Lead the entire lifecycle of technology solutions, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Operational Risk functions (1st and 2nd line oversight) and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Work closely with engineering teams, architects, and business analysts across multipleteams and regionstoensure technology solutions meet business goals and adhere to firm standardsand commitments

• Technical Expertise and Software Development:Demonstratedeep technical knowledge andexpertisein software development, including programming languages, frameworks, and best practices.

• Implementation Oversight and Alignment:Monitor development progress to ensure implementation decisions align with companycommitments

• Culture of Technical Excellence:

• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating effectively with both internal and potentially external stakeholders.

• Resource Management:Manage andallocateresources effectively, acting as a mentor and advisor to junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Extensive Experience:10+ years of experience in driving the delivery of large-scale enterprise technology solutionsleveragingtechnologies likeJava J2EE/ Spring /Oracle, Webservices/ REST APIs and messaging in a ContainerizedKubernetesenvironment.Experience in CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins etc. including automated testing tools like Selenium

• Risk and ControlsDomain Expertise:Proven experience and subject matterexpertisewithin the GRC domain.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and strategicobjectives

• Industry Knowledge and Best Practices:Working knowledge of industry practices and standards related to GRC and technology solutions.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong client relationships.
