As a key data solution provider, you will be partnering with Finance and Business leaders to design, build, expand and optimize data solutions. You will be working with massive amount of data, and your big data solutions will be supporting our rapidly growing and dynamic business demand for data.Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and build an analytical data infrastructure
- Managing AWS resources including EC2, EMR, S3, Glue, Redshift, etc.- Explore, learn and adopt the latest AWS technologies to provide new capabilities and increase efficiency- Work with stakeholders to understand the business questions and define requirements and build out data solutions

- 3+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in SQL

- Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions
- Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases)
- Experience building/operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets
- Experience working on and delivering end to end projects independently
- Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS
- Knowledge of systems engineering to optimize integration of data service/software solutions with data infrastructure
- Experience building/operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets
- Proven success in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe data modeling decisions and data engineering strategy
- Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineers for best practices on data engineering
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations
