This role serves as a primary contact for the worldwide Outposts Operations team, requiring swift action and clear communication across time zones. You'll process inventory orders, coordinate transfers, and maintain standardized processes across global locations. The position demands strong multi-tasking abilities, as you'll often juggle multiple time-sensitive requests simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures. Your ability to prioritize tasks effectively and switch between different responsibilities seamlessly will be crucial for success in this dynamic environment.Key job responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
* Process and track purchase orders for data center hardware components
* Monitor spare parts inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders
* Maintain accurate records in internal ordering databases
* Execute asset transfers across global locationsOrder Processing and Communication
* Track order approvals and provide timely updates to stakeholders
* Identify and report shipment issues, including delays, cancellations, and expedited requests
* Manage shipment label distribution for new equipment and returns

* 2+ year of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or related field* Experience with order processing and purchase order management systems, using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or inventory management software
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, plus experience with cloud-based inventory management systems
* Demonstrated experience working with global teams and managing cross-region logistics operations
* Track record of implementing process improvements in a fast-paced supply chain environment
* Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
