Responsibilities:

• Reconcile receipts to bank daily
• Perform credit evaluations for new and existing customers/partners and provide risk recommendations
• Reconcile customer accounts during daily, month-end, and quarterly reporting cycles
• Support weekly cash collection forecasting and aging analysis
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve outstanding issues
• Collaborate with other areas in Finance to streamline processes and drive automation wherever possible
• Contribute to cross-functional ad hoc projects across finance, IT, and automation initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required
• 1–3 years of AR/Collections/Finance experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce required
• Experience with Tableau is a plus
• Experience working with cloud marketplaces such as AWS and Azure strongly preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Co-Pilot is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies quickly
• Customer-facing experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus

The salary range for this position is $51,000 – $70,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
