•OR 3+ years of increasingly responsible experience in Engineering, SupplyChain, or Sourcing
•Proventrack record of participating in product launches
•Industryand product experience
•Ability to collaborate well with team members
•Process/systemsorientated
•Analytical thinking and decision making
•Articulation of how product meets customer needs
•Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills
•Experienceworking in cross functional teams
