.Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience and precedent
  • Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal clients.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


Qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred
  • Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations
  • Effective verbal and written skills
  • Effective communication and analytical skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience


This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Scanning and distribution of received Documents to the corresponding processing units such as Cash & Trade CSCs, Citi service, ASO Hub, Liquidity Hub, any other CSC who provides services to TTS in DR.

  • Signature verifications, if applicable, of received documents before notification to the corresponding processing units.

  • Maintains responsibility of TTS digital and physical custody of all documents and records pertaining to TTS instructions and product implementations.

  • Responsible for Safekeeping controls and policy.

  • Support with audit deliverables involving physical and digital records of TTS products.

  • Support initiatives, assigned by TTS Ops Head to comply with Risk & Control key pillars (MCA/QRA/ARA exercises).

  • Carry-out execution of daily controls to ensure all the documents received are notified and distributed same day.

  • Contribute to project testing and implementations related to platforms used, as needed.

  • Support TTS Business in rollouts related to Digital Adoption of channels to enroute TTS transactional and non-transactional documents.

  • Support with TTS Ops vendors PO orders, to Purchases, Requisition, Invoices, and Payments.

  • Support with Records Managements activities, such as designation update of RMO (Records Management Officer), Legal holds, MRC (Master Records Catalog) and Annual Inventory review.

  • Support with the destruction eligibility cycles of the physical records stored offsite through RIS (Records Inventory System).

  • Support with Cobtrac activities related to the unit, such as BIA/ BRP reviews and COB testing.
