Key job responsibilities- Design the systems architecture including the HMI, PLC, Motion, safety, and ancillary systems at the project / platform level while ensuring the technical, cost and timeline objectives are achieved
- Ensure complete and scalable project documentation
- Support the safety certification process

- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
- Bachelors Degree in Automation, Controls, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in advanced motion control platforms (HMI, PLC, Motion, Safety) integrated design and programing
- 1+ years experience with motion control software (Rockwell, Rexroth, Beckhoff, B&R, Siemens)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
- Experience with distributed systems at scale
- Safety certification experience (CE, UL, CSA, TUV)
- Experience with integration of Nordson, Valco, Robatech or other industrial hotmelt application systems
- Experience with integration of advanced visions systems (Keyence or similar), labeling and other ancillary device integration
- Codesys programming experience
