Key job responsibilities- Lead and coordinate all execution efforts in delivering systems and automated equipment designs per established standards and guidelines. Perform equipment/system installation, throughput and safety qualifications. Simplify, optimize, remove bottlenecks and provide feedback while resolving difficult system problems or technical deficiencies.- Efficiently manage change order controls, purchase orders, and invoice validation/approvals.

- Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering
- 4+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
- Experience Experience working with Material handling equipment (MHE)
- Knowledge of automated material handling systems, packaging technologies and storage solutions
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives

- Experience working with and managing third party vendors
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
- Master's degree in engineering, management, or technology
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level
- Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Experience designing or implementing integrated automation solutions such as material handling systems, high-speed packaging lines, or manufacturing lines
