You will play an integral part in creating, analyzing, and managing data projects to support different teams. In this role, you will own the development of analytics tools from start to finish. You'll also craft data stories that will help the business achieve our goals. You will work closely with stakeholders across the Supply Chain, Infrastructure, Program Management, and Finance organizations.

As a BI Developer II, you will be responsible for:

• Providing Data Intelligence by designing, developing, and building dashboards and data sources by leveraging enterprise reporting systems
• Collaborating with CTG business partners and leaders to provide ad hoc insights
• Partnering with the Network Operations Team to develop and standardize insights for global metrics and operational processes
• Enabling better and proactive decision making, in areas including capacity delivery, financial performance and operations
• Enhancing user experience and adoption by gathering feedback to continuously improve
• Contributing to the operational excellence of our team through collaboration and innovation

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including experience with pivot tables, v-lookup, formatting
• Have basic programming experience in one of the following: SQL, Python, or similar language
• Have experience with data visualization and analysis tools (Tableau)
• Have experience working with leadership at all levels of an organization
• Have experience modeling solutions to facilitate larger organizational initiatives
• Show excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner across cultures and functions
• Show problem solving skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and propose technical solutions
