Marketing Operations Specialist II
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build a strong trusted partnership with marketing stakeholders including demand generation, field marketing, integrated programs, events, and partner marketing.
- Drive program execution through build, testing, deployment, and measurement while providing campaign optimization recommendations
- Act as the primary point of contact for marketing stakeholders for their campaign requests, ensuring best practices are followed to drive accurate and consistent reporting
- Support the marketing team by building Marketo programs. This includes email builds/sends, landing pages, list imports, webinars, event programs, etc.
- Maintain and own campaign calendar entries; identify potential audience overlap and drive corrective action
- Proactively identify areas of improvement in campaign operations to continually evolve our best-in-class marketing processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues; conduct post-mortems on campaign incidents
- Promote best practices on data governance and data hygiene within the MarTech stack
- Manage multiple projects within our Wrike tool, while keeping tasks up to date to ensure smooth communication and transparency with stakeholders
- Provide QA and support for email campaign builds and other marketing efforts via Marketo (lists, workflows, template management, etc.)
- Keep documentation for marketing operations processes and systems to up to date where necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4+ years of proven Marketo experience managing operational responsibilities such as: webinars, events, newsletters, email blasts, and other campaign operations programs
- Marketo certification preferred
- Bachelors degree in a business or technical field preferred
- Spanish language proficiency a plus
- SFDC experience a plus
- Comfortable working with project management tools such as Wrike, JIRA, etc
- Experience working with ‘Integrate’ paid media campaign platform (or similar) is a plus
- Customer service oriented while delivering top notch quality campaigns to marketing stakeholders
- Maintain extreme attention to detail while managing multiple projects and interacting with multiple stakeholders
- Team player with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong process documentation and knowledge transfer skills
- Self-directed, taking initiative to work toward identified marketing objectives

The annual base pay for this position is: $71,783.00 - $107,675.00
