As a Senior Contracts Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and negotiating contracts for the global Integrated Supply Chain organization within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business. Your expertise in contract negotiation and administration and risk management will be instrumental in driving our success. You will report directly to the General Counsel for ISC and Procurement for ESS and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will support our integrated supply chain and procurement organization by leading contract negotiations, supporting recovery of supplier claims, and training the organization on risks and key aspects of supplier contracting at ESS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews, revises and negotiates supplier contracts
- Provides contractual interpretations and guidance
- Ensures compliance in contracting processes
- Supports resolution of commercial disputes and supplier claims
- Leads commercial and business initiatives within ESS

- Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate contract requirements and drive new initiatives
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 + years of experience in corporate contract negotiation
