As a Software Development Engineer III (SDE3) on this team, you will design new software solutions that power AWS Data Center custom device orchestration and management software products.- Leverage your expertise in areas such as systems automation, software and test automation, and mission-critical cloud software operations

Your primary duties will include:
- Architecting and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions.- Continuously improving coding practices, testing methodologies, and development processes.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to more junior engineers.

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience in embedded development in C/C++
- Experience with general troubleshooting/debugging of hardware
