Responsibilities:
Requirements:- Strives for the game's technical stability and gives direction to development teams for the company and production technical standards.
- Support continuous growth of the developers (mentoring, f2f meetings with developers, participation in the developing of personal improvement plans)
- Helping development teams with all steps of the product lifecycle (high-level estimations, initial task decomposition, review/writing of the design documents, review of critical parts of the feature implementation)
- Escalation point in production incidents (troubleshooting, risk analysis, evaluating of the solution)
- 5+ years developing in Unity
- 4+ years of excellent c# 7.0+ /.net 4.6+
- 2+ years’ experience in managing people and leading a team
- 4+ years in mobile game development
- iOS and Android development experience
- Experience with asynchronous programming methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English;
Nice to have:
- Unity Game Expert certification
- Experience creating tools and workflows in Unity Editor
