The Senior Manager would:

Responsibilities:

• Lead pitching & sourcing of new potential partners in the energy and utilities category

• Create decks to evaluate businesses, companies, and strategic opportunities for Capital One

• Negotiating terms and pricing

• Maintain external relationships

• Assist in activation of events with key relationships

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting

• At least 5 years of experience in Rooftop Solar or Community Solar sectors

• At least 5 years of experience in Strategy or Corporate Development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing or Finance

• 7+ years of experience in Energy or Utilities sector

• 2+ years of experience in a Startup environment

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
