Below is the Offering Management Specialist purpose
•Drive NPI/NPE/BTS activities through the Honeywell Z21 process
•Support the Smart Edge team in driving initiatives and key projects for the SSE Wired portfolio.
•Direct interaction with ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems such as SAP for data extraction and analysis
•Assist with sales and pricing data analysis for various product lines to improve sales performance and variable contribution margin
•Define strategy and deploy Pricing Policy for product line
•Assist in preparation of monthly reporting such as SIOP portfolio review
•Support engineering execution prioritization through the Agile Release Train (ART) process
•Conduct market research and employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data regarding customers and competitors
•Assist Customer Marketing in organizing product literature, events and traditional/digital campaigns to further strengthen the company’s presence in the market
•Assist Customer Service in order management (prices missing, SKUs correction, refurbishment service)
•Support production plant in local internal strategies and projects (packaging/MOQ variation/labelingKey Success Factors:
•Portfolio delivers ongoing growth minimum 5% pa.
•Effective execution of segmentation and VOCs to uncover customer needs that will ultimately drive an effective MVO
•Preparation of business case in the form of PFAT to support NPI/NPE/BTS projects
•Timely preparation and submission to PAC review for all stages of the Z21 process - No rejection of proposals on commercial grounds.
•Contribution to AD Pricing Strategy defined by Sr Offering Manager to meet AD pricing AOP.
•Ongoing status reporting and performance metrics of NPI/NPE/BTS in the form of Say/Do aiming to achieve 100%
•Managing Phase-in / Phase-out to ensure combined revenue is in line with AOP
•SKU rationalization of nominated portfolio of at least 5% YoY
•IOS is kept at bare minimum by proactive depletion of inactive, obsolete and surplus stock.
•Ongoing competitor analysis; bi-annual competitor report provided to Sr Offering Manager
•Appropriate prioritization and timely response to customer defects through Agile Release Train (ART)
•Attendance of customer visits and local trade shows where applicable
