As a Program Controls Specialist 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of project controls, including scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. Your expertise in program controls will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects and programs.

You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and you'll work out of our Mississauga, ON location.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency and success of projects by providing strategic leadership and guidance in program controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure program performance
• Prepare and publish metrics and reports
• Analyze program risk
• Identify root cause
• Maintain schedules and track milestones
• Lead change
• Track budget and program financial data
• Analyze cost schedule integration
• Recommend corrective actions
• Improve processes

YOU MUST HAVE

• Min 5 years of analyst experience (finance or program management)

WE VALUE

• Degree in Business, Science or Engineering, Finance or Accounting or related field
• Experience as Business or Program Management Analyst
• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
• Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
• User experience of SAP system
• Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g. Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
• Experience in financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management
• Project Management certification.
